The Vintage Tyrolean is a headwear item for the Medic. It is a dark team-colored felt Tyrolean hat with a braided cord band around the crown and a formal-looking crest and feather added as trim, both of which are also team-colored; when on RED, the feather is only colored on its tip, while on BLU, the entire top half is colored. The narrow brim slopes downward towards the front, and is folded flat against the crown in the back.
