− The Fishcake is a promotional secondary weapon for the Heavy. It is a thick, breaded fishcake in a team-colored wrapper. The weapon is a reskin of the Dalokohs Bar, behaving in the same way as it. This is a level 1 Fishcake Item.
Eating this FIshcake gives the heavy 50 extra maximum health for 30 seconds. The heavy doesn't get an increase to their maximum overheal health, however. This bar has no cooldown or recharge, so the heavy can use it indefinitely to heal himself and buff himself as fast as needed. Eating the bar regenerates 100 health for the heavy. Unlike the Sandvich, the FIshcake cannot be thrown, likely due to it's instant recharge feature. It takes 4.2 seconds to comsume this.
