The Health Charger is a wall mounted machine that allows the player to restore their Health. Those are only found in Team Fortress Classic non-official maps.

- The charger is an item from Half-Life, but its Team Fortress Classic counterpart has a much larger reserve of health.
- Medkits can also be used to restore the player's health, and are the only items that came from Half-Life that appear in official maps.
