The L'Etranger is a community-made primary weapon for the Spy. It is a stylish, narrow-barreled revolver with an ivory handle design. This weapon adds 15% cloak on hit from any distance, and a 40% longer cloak duration. This lets the Cloak and Dagger have 8.7 seconds of cloak, Dead Ringer 9.2 seconds, and Invis Watch about 14 seconds. As a drawback, this weapon has a 20% damage penalty to all enemies and buildings, making it less suitiable for direct combat. At point blank range, it will deal 44-48 damage, slightly above the base damage of the Revolver, at medium 28-36, and long range 15-18, about the same as a Pistol shot. A critical hit does 96 damage.
