The Panic Attack is a rare shotgun. On its own , it does not hold shots. However , if you hold down the fire button , it loads up to 4 shells and releases them in a big burst. The downside is its accuracy decreases as your hp does. On the up side , its fire rate increases as your hp increases. It is very helpful to Engineers and Pyros and Heavies in Mann Vs Machine. In Mann vs machine it is possible to edit it to hold more than 4 shells
